 Team Captain: The designated leader of the Team who must register first to receive a unique registration code;
 Team Member: Participants who belong to a Team must provide the Team's code, shared with the Team Captain, during registration. Participants who are registering without a Team will be assigned to one as soon as the registration process is complete.

The controller for the processing of your personal identification and contact data is Natixis – Sucursal em Portugal ("Natixis"), with head office at Rua Santos Pousada, 220, 4000-478 Porto, tax identification number 980566797. Your data will be processed based on your consent, for the following purposes and retention periods:

(i) management and organization of the Event, for the period of 1 (one) year after the end of the Event;
(ii) for archiving purposes for the period of 10 (ten) years after the end of the Event; and
(iii) for sending communications related to the promotion of news and other events, after the last contact made by Natixis, unless, in the meantime, you choose not to receive further communications via opt-out.

Your personal data may also be provided to companies in charge of providing services to Natixis ("Processors"), which are bound to Natixis by a written contract and may not use them for any other purpose. You have the right to, where applicable: (i) request access, rectification, limitation, opposition, portability and erasure of your personal data or (ii) lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority - in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission ("CNPD") if you consider that the processing performed violates your rights and/or the applicable personal data protection and privacy legislation. Image/Voice (hereinafter “image”) Release Authorization Form *
Natixis HackathON (the “Event”) that you are attending will be photographed, filmed and/or recorded and may be broadcast through (i) Natixis internal communication channels, such as internal e-mails, internal televisions, Onboarding presentation, annual recap video and Yammer (Natixis social network channel), and (ii) external communication channels: media and the following social media – LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube – in order to illustrate or promote the activities or projects (past, present or future), but also for marketing initiatives, with the intention of humanizing our brand, and brand archive (the “purpose”).

Natixis, as Data Controller under the terms of the GDPR, will process your data solely for the purpose and for 1 (one) year as stated above, which is the period strictly needed to pursue the purpose, and for 10 (ten) years for archive purposes.

If you agreed with this statement but you do not wish your image/voice to be broadcast and you haven’t adopted the requested conduct, you may exert your opposition right, through the e-mail dpl.porto@natixis.com, any time and up to a maximum 24 hours after the Event, so that we can prevent the broadcast through any media. After the 24-hour period, you will always have the opposition right and the right to withdraw your consent, but Natixis cannot guarantee that your image/voice will no longer be used by the media in which it was broadcast, although Natixis will make its best efforts to ensure that these images/voices are deleted. In this light, the withdraw of the consent does not render illicit the data collection and the data dissemination in Natixis internal and external means referred above that was undertaken prior to Natixis having received the communication of such withdrawal.

Natixis will take the appropriate measures so that the identity of all participants is controlled and will exclude the broadcast of non-authorized images and voices, but for this it is essential that you follow the instructions and use the sticker – that allow us to know you do not consent the use of your image – visible at all times during the Event.
