The controller for the processing of your personal identification and contact data is Natixis – Sucursal em Portugal ("Natixis"), with head office at Rua Santos Pousada, 220, 4000-478 Porto, tax identification number 980566797. Your data will be processed based on your consent, for the following purposes and retention periods:

(i) management and organization of the event, for the period of 1 (one) year after the end of the event;
(ii) for archiving purposes for the period of 10 (ten) years after the end of the event; and
(iii) for sending communications related to the promotion of news and other events, after the last contact made by Natixis, unless, in the meantime, you choose not to receive further communications via opt-out.

Your personal data may also be provided to companies in charge of providing services to Natixis ("Processors"), which are bound to Natixis by a written contract and may not use them for any other purpose. You have the right to, where applicable: (i) request access, rectification, limitation, opposition, portability and erasure of your personal data or (ii) lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority - in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission ("CNPD") if you consider that the processing performed violates your rights and/or the applicable personal data protection and privacy legislation. Image/Voice (hereinafter “image”) Release Authorization Form *
The event International Yoga Day (from now on the “Event”) that will be held on June 21 ^st 2025 will be photographed and/or filmed/recorded and may be broadcast by Natixis – Sucursal em Portugal (from now on “Natixis), through (i) Natixis internal communication channels, such as internal e-mails, internal televisions, Onboarding presentation, annual recap video and Yammer, (ii) external communication channels: media and the following social media - LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
Natixis will only use these images and sounds for the purpose of promoting internally and externally the initiatives concerning the International Yoga Day (from now on “Purpose”) and for a maximum period of 1 year of use and 10 years for archiving purposes, as the images are also kept for historical archive of the department of Communication.

If you do not wish your or your child(ren) image/sound to be collected be aware that stickers will be available at the Event to identify your preference and this will help Natixis to avoid collection of your and/or your child(ren) image or sound. The sticker must be visible at all times. Natixis will take the appropriate measures so that the identity of all the participants, and will exclude the broadcast of non-authorized images/sound.

If you and/or your child(ren) attend the Event you are hereby declaring that you, for yourself and your child(ren):

Understand that your and/or your child(ren) image/sound may be used internally and externally, including on social media.
Understand that if you and/or your child(ren) do not wish for your image/sound to be collected, you and/or your child(ren) must use the provided stickers to indicate your preference, and that Natixis will only avoid collecting your image/sound if you are using the sticker in a visible manner.
Acknowledge that you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and Natixis will take necessary actions to stop further diffusion and eliminate your image as far as possible.
Acknowledge that no compensation will be due, by Natixis, for using your and/or your child(ren) image/sound.

You have the right to:

Access your and/or your child(ren) personal data.
Rectify any inaccurate data.
Request the deletion of your and/or your child(ren) data.
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address communication.porto@natixis.com. If you withdraw consent, we will not use your and/or your child(ren) image in any new publications or materials and will delete your and/or your child(ren) image from our records. However, it image may be retained on existing publications and materials where:

a) there is a legitimate interest for Natixis to maintain the public availability of those publications and materials;
b) this legitimate interest is not overridden by any prejudice (damage or harm) to your and/or your child(ren) own interests or fundamental rights or freedoms, and
c) where it is not reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances for the publications or materials to be withdrawn.

Note that the withdraw of consent does not render illicit the data collection and the data dissemination in Natixis internal and external means referred above that was undertaken prior to Natixis having received the communication of such withdrawal.
